Scott Long has taken the "Old-School Builder of the Year" award from the V-twin Bikers Ball and there's little doubt why. Old Harleys that  a lot of builders wouldn't touch are turned into custom motorcycle art under his direction. From looking at his builds I have to wonder whether he loves the Panhead or the Shovelhead more?
